My family and I had an excellent experience with Community Alternative Funeral Home and Cremation Service. From our first contact, Caitlin Haveman was contentious, compassionate, professional, precise and very thorough. She was there to guide us through the process without intruding on our families privacy. She always took our calls immediately and knew exactly what we were asking for and what would be the solution. She took all the time we needed to think about alternatives and discuss matters. Moms obituary was complex; Caitlin published it perfectly in three different venues. We are very pleased with the services and would highly recommend Community Alternative to anyone.

I went in today to pick my mom up to bring her home.Lynn was the funeral director and she greeted me with such compassion and sensitivity and comforted me during the meeting and during the whole process and even listened to me tell her who my mom was.I felt she was genuinely caring and it made a sad time more bearable.She even brought my mom out and put her ashes on the front seat.Thank you so much Lynn and you definitely found your calling.G’ma is home😉
